I love that you made them exactly how they do it in a real pita place by mixing everything together in a bowl first 🙂 I am usually too against dirtying extra dishes to do that and just try to shove it all together inside the pita.
Hah, well I probably should have done it the other way! If I had tried to cut the pita open first I would have realised it wasn’t going to work, then I wouldn’t have been stuck with that pre-made salad!
