Two’s A Crowd

It’s been a few days since I did a wire post, and even still I only have two new things to share.

It was a rainy day in England and I thought, what better way to stay try then a tiny wire umbrella?

And something for the nature lovers, another flower. This time it’s not in a pot, it’s 3D, and it’s free standing.

More coming soon. I took a little break from the wire because I was becoming obsessive. My housemates said that I was making something new every time they saw me, so I thought I would take a little time off. It turned out well, though, because I came up with a list of ideas and I am eager to try them out.

Also, I tried making a wolf as an homage to my MAC College roots and it was a miserable failure. I will try it again another time.

  1. Hey, these are great. The umbrella is a perfect choice for a rainy day, and the poppy is evocative of spring and makes me think of the garden to come!

  2. Things are popping up all over – the daffs as well as the dandelions. A bumblebee the size of a hummingbird buzzed me the other day. If I leave the window cracked open at night, we can hear the toads singing in the back – who knew a toad had such a nice voice?
