When people decide to make cookies it’s usually chocolate chip, or maybe peanut butter, because they’re easy to make and delicious to eat. But what about cookie cutters? It’s such a normal thing, but the use of cookie cutters in every day life is actually quite rare.

I have been handed down my mum’s cookie cutter collection and I wanted to make use of them, so I found a sugar cookie recipe that I like (and is easy to make), taught myself how to do fancy icing, and have been making cookies for every occasion ever since.
